We are a small; family owned and operated designer jewelry company.  In order to keep our overhead as low as possible and continue to offer our customers the most competitive prices, we create each piece of jewelry once the order is placed.  This means that our ship time is approximately four to six weeks.  Once your order is placed, we hand select each of your stones to ensure the best possible quality and your jewelry is custom made by our highly skilled craftsmen in our state of the art factory.   Each piece is made according to our high standards and the jewelry you will receive will be heirloom quality.  You will be notified once your order is ready to ship and provided with the tracking number.  All shipments are by FedEx and are insured. 

Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to Bella Bold


Return Instructions

Bella Bold is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling, unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item.

Here are the basic steps:

1.      If there is damage to an item upon delivery, email our customer service center immediately for assistance.

Please read the information on your original packing slip.

2.      Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.

3.      If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

4.      All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

5.      For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

6.      Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.

7.      You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
